Function Description
Tester of KP-UV serial can simulate the damage caused by sunlight,rainfall and dew.UV can simulate sunlight effect with fluorescent UV lamp and rainfall and dew with condensation moisture.Put tested material in the cyclic process of sunlight and moisture under certain temperature.UV can recreate the outdoor hazards with several weeks or years using several days or weeks.Hazards type include:color fading,color change,gloss loss,pink light,cracking,turbidity,bub-
Ble,embrittlement,intensity,decay and oxidization.UV test data can help you choose new materials and evaluate how formula changes effect durability of new product.KP-UV can give superb relevant estimated results regarding trendy changes when material is placed outdoors.
Fix the sample on sample rack,if the rack isn’t filled with sample,the use blackboard to fill up.keep inner wall closed.
Test temperature:50,60,70℃ are adoptable under illumination while make 60℃ a priority;50℃ during condensation segment.tolerance uniformity ±3℃.
illumination and condensation period can choose one of the 2 cycles of 4H illumination and 4H condensation/8H illumination and 4H condensation.After the first illumination of 400~450H,each row should replace one fluorescent lamp.Others compensate the loss caused by aging by means of lamp cycle and substitution,which ensures 1600~1800H service life of each fluorescent tube.when replacing it,wipe them dry and then clean it and avoid scale.
